Arkade Machine TT Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of Arkade Machine TT digital gift card and gaming product services.
By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Model
Arkade Machine TT sells digital gift cards, gaming credits, and esports-related digital products.
We DO NOT sell cryptocurrency, tokens, wallets, virtual currency exchange, or any Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) activities as defined under Trinidad & Tobago Virtual Assets and Virtual Assets Service Providers Act, 2025.
2. Digital Goods Delivery
Delivery is instant via email after successful payment.
Delivery time: typically 15 minutes.
If delivery fails, customer must contact support within 24 hours.
Orders may be reviewed manually if flagged for fraud.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods:
Codes are non-refundable once delivered and activated.
Refunds only apply when:
Code was not delivered
Code was defective/unusable
Duplicate/accidental payment
Evidence required: screenshot or video proof.
4. Billing & Payment
All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Stripe, PayTabs, Amazon Pay, etc.).
We do not store or process credit card numbers.
Prices may appear in USD or TTD depending on product.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraud, attempt chargebacks on valid deliveries, or violate any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Arkade Machine TT is not liable for damages arising from use of our website, products, or third-party payment gateways.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
These products are fixedâ– value entertainment codes, not stored value. They cannot be withdrawn as
cash or reloaded.
