- Digital Products: Non-refundable once delivered.
- Physical Products: Returnable within 14 days if unused/unopened. Customer covers return shipping
unless item was defective or shipped incorrectly. - Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before processing. Once confirmed, digital orders cannot be
canceled. - Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
